Aircraft Maintenance Technicians Association's AMT Day Event May 24th, 2005

The AMTA's Aviation Maintenance Technician Day Event was a great success. Thanks to all who attended. Many people did not know who Charles E. Taylor was or how he helped the Wright brothers and the United States to be the first in powered, controlled flight. Click on the AMTA Accomplishments link to view the photos.

The free bar-b-que was a success with the AMTA achieving our goal of having fun while educating people about Charlie and today's AMTs. The AMTA wishes to thank Maribell Landell and Aaron Klippel for their enthusiastic support. Without their assistance the event would not have been a success!

There was a 50/50 raffle with certificates to be won.  Below are the winners.
